Diagnostic Assessments Collateral Interviews
Written Results

Summary Report of written or verbal findings includes:
3-4 paged written summary and discussion of the findings and recommendations

Note: Standard methodology is used for all evaluations no matter the report format. All written reports will be sent to the client and attorney. Reports require a minimum of 2 weeks to complete after the initial interview.
